Will Gunther be going after the WWE Championship (cody's belt) or the World Heavyweight Championship (chez's belt)?

This got me thinking--has anyone ever held both belts yet? Not at the same time, ofc.

If not, Gunther might be the first. Because I have a feeling he will go after Cody as THE top heel of WWE.

seff's micky mouse belt was only introduced like 3 years ago and seff dropped it the same day cawdy won the main belt.
since they made the WHC
the main belt was

Yes, but I'm curious if anyone has since the introduction of new WHC. Because if not, I hope they arent locking people to a certain belt.
