Cody's job in this move is to throw Bron as hard as he can so he flips and Punk is supposed to assist with Bron's momentum by hitting a hard clothesline. Cody did his part, if anything it's Punk's fault for hitting such a weakass clothesline and not helping at all.

Yeah it isn't. Punk fucked up the jump. He's meant to be higher to better help Bron rotate. He hits him in the chest and on the right side, giving him less of a push to flip over and he he also holds him as he goes down, holding Bron back a little from flipping. Whereas if he were higher, he'd be able to center Bron's push at the head/neck level with a more clean clothesline.

You can either sell it on a flip bump or an electric chair bump, I still reckon Phil spent too long holding on to Bron instead of getting high enough to transfer momentum. Cody does the move right by pushing the legs up, but Bron couldn't rotate enough because Phil didn't allow him to

It's not, you can see it in the OP. Punk hit him super low, nearly at the waistline, which brought Bron's momentum straight down instead of a rotation like it should be. The guy jumping off the turnbuckle needs to hit high and kind of hard so the guy takes a front bump instead of a head drop.
