The wrestling itself will always be the least important part of professional wrestling. Not to say it doesn't matter or that Jey Uso's skill level is one to aspire too. But even if that's you, you can still succeed and make it big because connecting with crowds, building moments, and telling stories will always matter more than a ""good match."" That's the thing too. You could've had this Mox and Fletcher spot worked into a match all the same, just don't actually land him on his head. You could sell it like he did. You could have commentary say he did. That's where the whole work part of it comes into play. These people have one body and they need it make money. To even risk throwing it away over a few seconds of a match that otherwise don't even matter is beyond me
