The best botches are the ones that result in an injury, or are the finish to a match.
Nobody really fucking cares if someone narrowly misses a catch, or someone slips up a bit then recovers. The injuries & botched finishes are unrecoverable, can't be glossed over and can turn a good match into a bad one.
