>get racially abused by a 50 year old pedophile and a group of other low iq higher ups in the 80s who thinks he's champion of a real sport
>15 years passed you look exactly the same and have been promoted to an important on screen role in a way bigger way better paying organization while he has become an old prune playing the role of triple hs lap dog in the same company

This has got to be the ultimate form of karma. Ric Flair treated teddy long like absolute shit and in the end was only in the wwe as a legacy higher while teddy had a way more useful important role. Ric flair was big news in the NWA but out of southern territories he wasn't really a draw. I recall a promo he cut where the crowd didn't react it was sometime durring the 90s when the grunge scene scene was taking over and hair metal was dying but ric still looked like a guy from 1981 and nobody reacted to it thats when I realized he was starting to become out of touch and by the late 90s early 2000s he was basically a relic and it made no sense not to reivent him at that point. Teddy on the other hand aged gracefully I rememebr being a kid and seeing him come out. H3 .ade smackdown, you know when that theme music hit it was a amazing news. Very seldom can a face in a commissioner role have nore on screen value than heel but teddy did it, he was white hot he was smackdown durring those years. And the most amazing thing that right along side him was another guy who was smackdown durring those years, a guy who got ran out of mid Atlantic just like he did from the same kind of guys, it was Mark Calloway the undertaker. They actually were an on screen wrestler valet deal back then and later at the top of their respective positions in the industry in the 2000s. I love the WWE everything from kayfabe to the wrestlers who were there, all of the 2000s seemed like a massive happy 3nding for the right people.
