Well yeah it's by far the most normalfag friendly board of the website. I'd say it has the most underage users as well but that's probably /v/'s taking.
I still quite like /vr/ and /x/ desu. The latter is more varied than you may think. And /an/ too for the cool webms.

Everywhere else is so heavily moderated, commercialized, or filled with ideological warriors that actual conversation is impossible. Modern forums and social media don't even have conversation. Go to one of the big boards, go to youtube comments, go to r*ddit, go to twitter, etc, and try to count how many actual conversations you see happening. There's almost none. Everyone is just posting their thoughts at the OP or at each other.
