Look at what I have accomplished with low effort, no crazy 100g or something daily protein plan, with a pair of 3 and 5 fucking kg bars and dumbbells and some daily push ups that I used to do in a short time span while also going from tiny girl arms because I barely did anything before. That was in September when I had a bigger beer belly and I still haven't got rid of it all because of the mentioned unhealthy diet that I struggle with. I like cardio more, walking/running feels better than doing weights plus I get to see other people since I do it outside (not in some stupid closed gym btw). I love how strong my thighs feel and I love that I have like infinity stamina, well sadly except when running but that's on me for eating shit that ducks up with my heart, a bad sleep schedule and trying to be Bolt ever since I started running which also got me some leg injuries kek but does a knucklehead ever learn?
