Taping time is the main issue. Raw is 2.5 hours and SD is 3. There's no time after and little time beforehand to tape a lot. Neither show would really be worth doing an extra taping for.
The main issue is that no matter how much you stack a C-level show, the vast majority of people won't watch it whether it be due to limited time or a lack of interest.
