I've cleaned up my diet by cutting out soda and processed slop foods, also drinking a shit ton of water and increasing my fruit/vegetable intake. I haven't felt this good in years.

I tried doing no carb like 10 or so years ago when I was really fit. It drained the fuck out of me so bad that my workouts suffered severely so I carbed up again.
never tried just cutting grains out completely though
