I did give AEW a try, and it sucks. bad storytelling, too many generic people that I don't care about, way too much gay shit, no willingness to cross lines or be edgy, very very few original ideas, ugly fucking belts, videogame-style booking, and tony makes most of his best people rot away in ROH so he can push the guys that meltzer likes.

Huh? One of my complaints is that they are TOO edgy with HC matches with shit like needles and blood drinking for example. They are desperate for that hardcore Indy crowd...desperate for retard money

well I am part of that hardcore indie crowd, and I find most of AEW's "hardcore" stuff to be cringey and weak. the blood drinking thing is just gross and kinda gay too, so that doesn't get me on board. their "exploding death match" was an absolute embarassment because Tony was too cheap to hire Onita. The one time they had some REAL deathmatch shit on their shows was Nick Gage Vs Jericho, and then the networks and the advertisers yanked tony's leash and told him he can't do that anymore because fucking pizza hut got mad. Anyone who bows down to censorship and wokeshit that much is not hardcore and has no right to pretend as if they are. it's not just about the blood, and that's what Tony doesn't understand.

Tony sucks at spreading out the hardcore matches and does too much of them too often. That kind of match needs to be used sparingly and only in feuds that are really built up for it. When you do it as often as Tony does it it's just edgy nonsense for the sake of edgy nonsense.
