They had shows in the area. Even if they don't necessarily care about WWE, Wrestlemania does draw the biggest number of wrestling fans to a single area at one time, making it a prime place for smaller companies to put on shows in order to broaden their fanbase and make a few bucks.
And of course they're going to go to Wrestlemania while they're there.
It's the same reason TJPW put on a Dallas show the same time as All-In - All-In isn't quite a big but there were more people than usual in the area looking to watch some wrestling.
