I can't even remember the last time I was this completely unexcited for a royal rumble.
they didn't even bother hyping it up this year compared to 2023/2024/2025

Same, just been skipping through lame Raw/SD shows for months now. Stopped listening to wrestling podcasts too since everything is lame now. Only care about a couple wrestlers but they're not in any good storylines and are only intersting due to their character/personality alone. Doubting I'll see anything good in the Rumble...

unironically it's time to start watching older stuff. I've been watching through 1996-1997 nitro and I'm having a blast since I switched. I watch it at the same time I would normally watch raw/smackdown so my routine is the same. (im a sperg)

I actually skipped through the whole PPV WWE archive back when WWE Network was a thing.. when I started watching it like 6 years ago. Never really checked WCW though except some specific stuff.

i dont even know what insult to use when describing this rumble. soulless doesn't even cut it. at least soulless things carry some level of creative effort. calling it garbage doesnt quite cut it either. just dreadful I think I'll go back to not watching wrestling until banana nose dies of a heart attack
