That said, this was the first time I saw Ciampa and I like what I saw out of him. Would I have booked the guy to beat Briscoe for the belt in his first outing? No, but that particular belt is meant to be passed and I'm already looking forward to the rematch. If Kyle Fletcher gets involved too, I'm already hooked.
That said, I wish Powerhouse Hobbs nothing but the absolute best. Hobbs in particular fits WWE's style to a tee. He's a good one, will leave AEW with even less Hosses, and I watched the guy develop from a fat, green lump of clay into a monster with a sense of humor and mic skills who can work any style. Don't fumble the guy.
