Lol. Their (current) booking and wrestling has nothing to do with it. They are making their record profits from the Saudis and media companies that want a recognizable brand, and that brand has value from the times in the past when WWE was genuinely popular. It is the same reason Netflix spent billions of dollars on WBD -- so they can get Harry Potter, Batman, etc. -- and why every other movie is a remake or sequel now. The only thing they care about is the brand name.
