This isn't the real La Parka. WWE signed EVIL and he was supposed to debut here but he got arrested by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for being a homosexual so WWE had to borrow a La Parka costume from the WWE museum thing they have there and the guy under the mask is actually Ludwig Kaiser
