>>19857289I’ll only focus on the top guys, since more is expected of them. (Also, women don’t count because they’re all terrible.)
Top Guys (meaning, based on screen time, main event TV bookings, and or status in storylines, these seem to be the “top guys” in WWE right now):
- Seth
- Heyman
- Bron
- Logan
- Bronson
- Theory
- Punk
- Dom
- Gunther
- Cody
- Drew
- Fatu
- Orton
- Roman
- Brock*
I think that’s it. Those 15 names are probably the top guys. Of those…
>Worst Promo of Top Guys Who I Expect to Be BetterDrew McIntyre
I think Drew is the worst. His “Scottish aggression” delivery is ok, but his material is awful. For where he is in his career, he should be MUCH better. His tabletop response the other night to getting utterly buried on Raw last week was pathetic.
Yes, you could argue that some of the other top guys in that list are worse, but for me, they either get a pass for still being young and trying to figure it out (Bron, Theory) or that they’ve just accepted it’s not part of their aura (Brock).
Drew’s been around a long time. He should be much better than he is, especially wearing a belt.
Gunther is second worst, for the same reasons.
btw, of that list, I think the…
>BEST promos right now are…Heyman (obviously), Punk, Seth, and Cody.
>Surprisingly Better Than Expected is…Jacob Fatu
And finally, the…
>Please Take the Training Wheels Off and Let This Star Shine Award goes to…Logan Paul.
I can’t wait for him to finally start dominating the mic. He’ll be Cena-tier by the time it’s all said and done.
