Dominik was going to sink like a brick and they saw the jail stuff as a comedy routine and were surprised when he turned it into a lasting character by taking the shit they gave him and playing it into him being such a ego driven narcissist.
NXT will train him WWE style, give him some flavor of the week gimmick or just make him AJ 2.0 christian wrestling man but less phenomenal, win a midcard belt and out of the company.
