I went to Ribera dressed in full gimmick with my head still bleeding from where I had just gigged, with Goddamn Hannah Kimura. I mean she’s a full size body pillow but still… I ordered us both the 640g Akebono special and we ate every bite. We are both very clearly involved with wrestling and they still didn’t give either of us a Jacket that place can suck one

It’s not the internal temp that’s the issue. Most people into steak tend towards the rare end of the spectrum. Certainly anything more than medium rare and most people will assume you don’t actually enjoy steak (or you are a non-white). It’s that there is no sear on it at all somehow. I’m gonna assume it’s got that grey/no sear look to it because it’s cooked in a wok with some sort of seed oil coating or even drenching the pan and absolutely no cure on the meat or even just a quick salting. Too much moisture going on in the cooking maybe they do that corn in the same wok. Looks fucking boiled.
