TNA for awhile was constantly booking these 1500-2500 seat venues and filling them up for 3 days at a time.
Not a massive feat for 1 day, but keeping locals coming back for multiple tapings is impressive as it means at least you were putting on something worth watching live. That to me says a lot more for the product than "OMG WE SOLD OUT A 15k ARENA ONE TIME ONCE"
Not talking up TNA there, just saying I care more about a loud, full crowd in an arena than "boi we made so much money that night back in 1992 in that alley"
