He's either strapped to his wheel chair, a bed, or a cozy recliner thats been Gerryrigged into a moveable chair with wheels. Its a workaround so they can hook the chair up with the restraints.
But yea he wears mittens almost always because he eats fucking everything(except food thats done through tube) he'll try to bite his fingers off and he needs to wear goggles constantly because he has blinded himself via clawing his eyes repeatedly through life and one eyeball in particular he popped out of his eye socket because he pulled this lower eyelid down all the way or something.

Is noneverbal and pisses himself so he definitely needs to be changed every two hours and usually he shits himself too.
If I could kill a human being via mercy killing and everyone would be ok with that i would choose him.
Not because of anything hes done particularly wrong because other than shitting himself all the time which he cant use the toilet he doesnt irritate me at all its just I feel so sad for him.
