I seem to remember the WWF pushing Savio Vega really hard for a few months. He was considered a really big deal in Puerto Rico, so I guess Vince thought he had big potential in the US as well. In the end, he just never got over and his forced push was terminated. before that, he was working as a jobber named Kwang and after that, he was just a jobber under his own name.
