Tiffany was massively over, then they turned her babyface and she got less over. I would even say LA Knight was at his best as a cocky heel in NXT, but just because he's entertaining to watch doesn't mean he should be a babyface.
At least Trick actually was a very over babyface in NXT, so he would still be a good babyface on the main roster, but don't just turn him. Turn him when it's time, but let's enjoy heel Trick for a while.
