CM Punk and Roman Reigns' back-and-forth meta 4th wall-breaking promos is another sign of difference between Vince McMahon and Triple H as bookers.

Vince would've been able to reign in Punk and Roman if these two got too out of line while doing meta promos, and ordered them to stop while he reigned them back down to earth.

Triple H on the other hand, i doubt he'd be able to control the egos of Roman and Punk, because these two in particular hate Triple H, and if Hunter tried to intervene, both Roman and Punk would probably challenge him, whereas they would never dare challenge Vince.

Triple H would claim that he's trying to make sure Roman and Punk don't go too far, but he thinks that in order to sell tickets, he has to allow them to go super hard on meta promos.
