The way fed wants it is how it played out: the F5 guy does F5's does F5 does F5 does F5 does F5.. because Bronk stronk, bronk do f5. To quote Cornetto "hat on a hat" for his powerlevel and being terrified he might get injured before Mania stops them for booking him to real matches where he takes bumps. It's too safe to be interesting, so they compensate with "spectacle" of many F5's

Make him try to fight and fall or just stand up and fall. I don't know how bad the actual injury is though so maybe it was the best they could manage.
