It's not that hard to get in shape, if it was ab implants, it'd be fucking obvious. Look at Drake, you could tell it's fake because of how unnatural the abs look and the weird folding.
If anything, this fatass finally got off the booze (which you should do in your mid-late 20s anyway) which is why he looks healthier and younger.
