I have some updates on the ROH deal, and I can break some news EXCLUSIVELY to /pw/
>AEW will acquire all ROH IP including the tape library
>In exchange, AEW will provide Sinclair with a NEW AEW branded one hour show for their network
>The Sinclair deal is for 3-5 years
>Name of the new AEW show is not known yet
>Rampage will go live Friday nights and the AEW Sinclair show will be taped the same night

Each Sinclair affiliate will choose when to air the new AEW show, so it will be a standalone "Sinclairverse" show with its own wrestlers and storylines.

First, the TNT and TBS titles obviously will not appear on the Sinclair show, nor will they even be acknowledged. Sinclair will get something special for their show, but it may not be a title. It has not been finalized.

RoH is being bought just for the tape library.
Omega the sawdusted goof fizzled so short of expectation that there's a desperate need to show his old matches somewhere so he might actually gain fans in burgerland. NJPW said no to an Omega match collection, and even DDT declined. His work on Gorilla was trash so all Tony has left is RoH.

Omega doesn't really have much of a RoH career worth of matches. Danielson, Punk, Young Bucks, reDRagon all do which is probably why Tony wants it, along with the first All In show.
