Big difference - this has a cool design even if you don’t know who Seth is. Somebody might think it’s a band, or restaurant, or just some cool online thing. Plus the majority of people DO know Seth, I see a lot of WWE shirts just walking around. Can’t say the same about AEW.

My memory of american copyright and trademark laws are a bit rusty but the rights to use fall under the artist/owner of photograph regardless of copyrighted material within that image unless its used to make a direct competition or a copy of said copyrighted product in the image. I.e. you can use the image of yourself wearing a Nike shirt to make money and Nike can't claim its infringing its copyright.

No, it looks like utter shit, just like 99% of other wrestling tees. The font is gaudy, the placing of the graphic is lazy and too big to be at the top and the blank is your typical Gildan Mexican-factory shitty tee that you can find at any 2nd hand store.
