I've already lost nearly 50lbs in a few months and have dropped from a 2XL to XL and sometimes Ls. I'm aiming to look like Luke Harper soon at the very least. The biggest thing is overcoming the mental barriers more so than the physical.
I've done this through intermittent fasting, training and basically lots of time active.
If there's any other fatasses here I recommend fasting.
You can do it bros
