Why should wrestlers get a raise? The company is making money in spite of those anti-draws thanks to Vince's genius. If anything they should be paid less.

If you fill RAW & Smackdown with a bunch of NXT 2.0 guys, you think it's going to retain the viewership? NXT has absolutely fucking tanked since they started using a bunch of literal who's. It's the new goal of WWE too, they don't want to hire wrestlers, they just want college athletes that they can train to all work the same robotic style. Essentially they will all be the exact same wrestler but with different attires.
