Any businessman worth his salt wouldn't pay that much for a company with no wrestlers, Few rings, A dead subscription service, Few Intellectual properties which are semi popular, merchandise etc. Only the video library will make lion's share of the sale since they have 20 years worth of footage and it includes tons of wrestlers from WWE, impact, AEW and legends like Eddie Guerrero. It has to worth like 1 or 3 million at the best.
