I think it's gone cold because 9/10 of them are pre taped, so they don't really put anything of note on it unless it's live. For a while it was pretty much used to build the TNT title challengers and Adam Cole, but there's not even that now

The only reason Rampage rocketed in the first place was for Punk's debut. After that, there isn't much to show since it's just an extra hour of Dynamite.
Also, people don't care much about pre-taped wrestling shows. A quick Google search will give you all the results so why bother watching?

Honestly it will be shit until it's live every week. But for that to happen consistently they may need to make it 2 hours to justify all the logistics of doing a second live show every week instead of just lazily pretaping one.

It's DVR TV and they have proved that at most, it is a one-match show and that one-match goes on first. It peaked with the Punk debut and now it exists so the live crowd gets their money's worth.
