Why are they unifying the titles again? Why can't we just have two major championship belts? Why even make the Universal title if you're gonna get rid of it just 6 years later?

They’re going to introduce new top titles, a Raw World Championship that looks like the old red Universal belt, and a Smackdown World Championship that’s blue like the current Universal title. The changes are happening because of marketing and sales reports as well as focus groups, they think the new belts will be easier to recognize for their brands and “resonate” with fans better than the current titles.
