But ROH is a different beast. It wouldn't be the main show. If Cody wants creative control so much then giving him a run at ROH wouldn't hurt anyone. If it succeeds, it's more money for Tony. If it fails, he can just remove Cody and if he makes a shitshow again, he could reveal to the public the numbers and how the promotion failed. There's no risk on letting him run ROH.
