Who cares if he's married.
Besides, it doesn't matter who marks think the champ should be or whether there should be more than one level of champ. Business decides that. Fox wants a champ, USA Network wants a champ. There will be one belt to unite the championships and then there will be TV-branded belts just like AEW's TNT belt.
A bit like taking the intercontinental title from the 90s and slapping Fox on it, same positioning.
