The contract signing with Triple H is definitely memorable.
I remember the three way feud with Undertaker and Edge over the title.
I remember his tag team with Mysterio and Batista destroying him afterwards.
I remember the Rumble going into overtime.

Batista was never a draw. RA fags just think he was because it was a better period when they look back at their childhood and go nostalgic for it. Maybe he moved the needle slightly during his short time being champion on Raw after Mania but once he got sent to smackdown it was all over for him.

And if does you can just tell the boss "you don't work Tuesdays", because obviously top draws don't work for the B show. Batista is Carder tier dogshit same as Lesnar. Nah if they wanted Smackdown to draw dimes and be the A show they would have obviously kept Cena since he was the much bigger draw as you have said and as I have said. But like I said, Smackdown is the containment show for antidraws like Carder and Brock (who wasn't a draw until UFC), while real draws like HHH got the much higher ratings.

RAW's ratings declined ever since HHH took the show over after Summerslam 2002
He had several feuds with several guys that didn't draw
The Batista feud was when ratings started picking back up
Also there is a spike in 2006 when Edge took over as top heel

Your own chart shows they were declining well before that, between 1999 and 2000. The drop from 2000 to 2001, an era where Rock was on top and Austin had returned, was more steep than any of the HHH years.

The reality is that wrestling had a brief period as a fad. It was no different than Pokemon cards or yo-yos or tamagatchis.
