I read it. It's a nice read desu. If you want a light hearted read, go for this. But if you want real raw and depressing stuff, go for bret Hart. I swear to God the second half (you will know what it will be when reading that) just dives deep into depression, death and overall struggle

Bryan has said anecdotally that he regret's doing this book now because of the writer and wishes he wrote it himself entirely. It's what got Mox to write his own book instead of going with a WWE writer when they tried to get him to write one for years.

This anon sums it up nicely. Bryan’s book is pretty good. But if you haven’t read Foley’s first book and Bret’s book, go for those first. They’re the GOAT wrestling autobiographies

Op should read Foley's first book. It's a long and actually entertaining book. Like Foley knows how to engage the reader. I still his chapters about going to Nigeria or place in Africa and his stories about meeting his wife, IWA and stuff. Although my opinion has soured because of how he acts now (to each their own but he seems very preachy about his political beliefs) he is a good writer. Certainly better than Edge. His book was mediocre

That's literally Bryan's book without IWA. The dude talks about Gabe Sapolsky, his interactions with Early ROH, dojo days, the time Brian Kendrick was demonstrate on how to suck your own dick and (I think) Nick bockwinkel came in the room at that very moment.
