its off youtube, but in the benoit vs Austin match on Raw for the WWF title, Vince and Hebner went at it outside the ring. Vince gave a little push and Earl just pushed Vince on his ass, it was based.
It was also that same match where Austin via a screwjob (this match took place in Canada) retained his title. Afterwards he mistakenly grabs Benoit's tag team title belt and starts lifting it victory.
