how do wrestlers store mists in their mouth? i see them screaming and yelling on the ring just fine so i wonder how do they "hide it" until the last moment

This is what I've heard too. Hard to break by accident but easy to break on purpose for the mist spot. Not sure where in the mouth and if they have it in there the whole time though
