The first few days are rough as you will need to look at the screen a lot, but it doesn’t take long to pick up the moves and her directions, and then you will barely need to look at the screen.

I started off doing 5 out of 7 days, but now I’m moving and feeling a lot better It’s not the end of the world if I only manage 3 recovery sessions a week.
