>>4796905TNA has weird periods where it peaked. Personally, my favorite periods were pretty small but if they kept at them they probably would've had something.
Like Raven's title reign was all torrented shows but they were actually fucking good.
2006 was pretty good but like,
>>4797111said, it went back to Jarrett for no fucking reason. Still Angle showed up, but then they rushed Angle vs Joe and even worse, had Joe lose, despite the fact he was the most over guy they made.
I think really 05-mid 06, is probably the peak. You could tell shit was bubbling back but that doesn't mean there wasn't decent stuff after.
MEM was a meme, but when they finally disbanded in 2009, it was really nice to see guys like AJ get a real run. Shit Fall of 2009 was probably the best thing Russo booked, I think he was scared that Hogan was coming in so cut back on swerves and just wanted to book a decent show and it worked.
Problem is that Hogan came in and actually made shit worse than their peak periods. Around 2012, Hogan fucked off to get surgery and the show got really fucking good again.
2005-2006, 2009, 2012. Are probably their best years.
