Orton. Ziggler is someone that got depressed enough to just collect the paycheck at this point. He stopped caring, but you knew he cared at one point. From there, people stopped giving a shit about him not getting pushed or anything. It's the same with Miz, sure he gets over on some segments, but in-ring the crowd is basically silent. Nobody really gives a shit about them, so in a way, yeah they still get paid, but they probably could've done more.
I literally think that Orton never gave a fuck from the start and he's still over. He's basically over because his finish and he's made it work for almost 20 years. He's a better example of a smart wrestler because he still gets a big reaction.
Overall mix, I think Jericho really is one of the best and can constantly keep himself relevant. He did it in every company's he's been in and usually got himself over more than the company really wanted him to be. His style is also safer than most outside of the Lionsault, which even then he doesn't use as much. And on Mic, even when he's being lazy, he's still good. I've probably been watching teh fucker since I was 4 years old in 96, but he's always some how been relevant from the moment he turned heel in WCW. I don't think any other guy is ever going to have a career like he did again.
