Annual money in the bank is already a lot, but WWE has had multiple briefcases in the same year, WHC/WWE, Men/Women, etc. Very cancerous. I'd either shelve the PPV for a few years or (more likely) just have people use it as a number one contendership and announce their cash in in advance. It's be cool to use it for title matches on random episodes of Raw. Or you could even have a monster heel just walk out and cash it in on a champion who hasn't even been weakened in a match yet. That'd be a cool way to start a title run.
