January and February 1999 were the second and fourth highest rated months of Nitro ever. The real truth is there really wasn’t a Monday Night War, there was just a modest uptick in interest in WCW and then a WWF boom. Nitro went from 3s to 4s and occasional 5s, the went back to 3s. Raw went from 2s to 8s lol.
