It's sterile and corporate.
There is far too much negative space on the centerplate and is literally just "LOGO" while also losing the eagle theme that connects it to all previous incarnations of the belt.
The diamonds also keep the tacky gaudiness theme of the spinner belt.

It's objectively ugly as shit
