I think it needed Corbin starting to learn a lesson and starting to become a better person in between him falling and winning the lottery out of nowhere. for me at least that would have been a way better story, like he was on the road to redemption and fate just decided to fuck him

Corbin really does put 100% into whatever gimmick they give him and is much better at comedy than you'd expect. He's not the best in ring but he's very safe if also very boring. He's basically new Kane.

Corbin has done a full 180 from having go away heat to being one of the best parts of the show. Not quite Miz levels of turn around, but pretty close. And he’s a decent worker kids, leave him alone. I wish they would’ve done the e-beggar gimmick for longer though.
