In short, it feels like a five star match. It's real subjective, obviously. I like matches that feel stiff, but not "shoot style". The only thing I think everyone can agree on is their theoretical five star match needs immaculate pacing. If you're doing everything right, but the crowd climaxes and you've still got eight minutes of shit left, it doesn't matter how good that last eight minutes is, you've lost them.
