So if you wanna get Hook experience wrestling on TV and get him cache with your audience and you don't want to throw him out onto the big stage of Dynamite yet, you let him wrestle on Rampage. You wanna get Ricky Starks lots of time talking and developing his character, you make him a commentator on Rampage where he's on your TV every single week, getting himself over to your audience. You have a guy like Bowens who you're probably gonna wanna push in the future because he's really good, but he isn't quite there yet, you give him lots of matches on Rampage.
