in terms of likelihood:

1 - bret, the oldest, already had one stroke
2 - xpac, not really doing anything with his life, prior drug issues
3 - paul, steroid abuse, heart issues, probably at least somewhat suicidal
4 - nash, colon rupture from one or multiple BBCs
5 - HBK, cleaned up well, takes care of himself, keeps busy with work

Nash, he's older, he's bigger, and he did a fair amount of juice and blow in his day as well. Maybe HBK, he was right there with Scott Hall in terms of drug abuse for a long time, and he's a lot smaller/less hardy, he got clean (allegedly) so he doesn't have the same kind of wear that Hall had, but there's still some serious damage.

The poetic idea is that everyone in the kliq dies besides Shawn, and in the end its HBK and Bret, and we have these two pictures and they're each the only left alive from their group.
