Tokyo Sports is reporting Tsukasa Fujimoto (38), who announced her marriage recently, will be taking an indefinite hiatus after Ice Ribbon's 5.4 event at Yokohama Budokan.
This will also be the date ICE champion Tsukushi Haruka's retirement is held.
>According to sources, after discussions with the organization, Fujimoto has decided to put an end to her wrestling career for the time being upon her marriage. However, the decision was based on the fact that Tsukushi Haruka (24), the current ICE x ∞ champion, will have a retirement match on May 4 at the Yokohama event. The decision was made to keep the absence "indefinite" in light of [Tsukushi's retirement] and Fujimoto's own hopes for a return to the ring in the future.
