Cody going to WWE annoys the fuck out of me because the thing about Cody was, whether what he was doing was great or shit, and it had the potential to either one almost on a week-to-week basis, he was unambiguously himself the entire time and he was the only person that could be that character, it was Cody Rhodes, for better or worse.

And in WWE, he's going to be a generic WWE wrestler, with a generic WWE entrance, cutting generic WWE promos, in generic WWE feuds where he wins one week and loses the next week and nothing ever matters, and they're not even going to put him on the show that actually matters which means they probably have no intention of seriously pushing him, anyway. I'd rather put up with the trainwreck Brandi segments than just see him get wasted.
